If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos where relevant.

• Damaged or incorrect items should be reported promptly.
• Unused items may be eligible for return depending on product type and supplier rules.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, some baby, feeding, bath, clothing, and personal-care products may not be returnable once opened or used.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
